North Norfolk Radio Local Hero Awards
We were delighted to be asked to play at North Norfolk Radio’s prestigious Local Hero awards ceremony yesterday evening (Wednesday 6 November) at Godwick Great Barn.
This was the first time that North Norfolk Radio had run this awards evening and it was a truly memorable and inspiring evening. The award winners came from all walks of life and every one had demonstrated exceptional qualities in the face of adversity.
Not to belittle anything, but if there was any adversity on the night it came from the weather. Constant rain had turned the parking area into something of a quagmire, and everyone attending should be congratulated for keeping the mud off their posh frocks and dinner suits with such success!
