We want to ensure your event runs smoothly and that it is an unqualified success for all concerned. Our reputation as a wedding band and function band depends on providing you with a high-quality, dependable and professional service, and naturally we recognise that all bookings call for a certain degree of flexibility.
Whether playing at an awards ceremony, a wedding or in a pub, we provide the same level of courtesy and consideration. Please be assured that if there are any problems or changes of plan on the day, we’ll aim to resolve them quickly.
Our standard practice is to issue a formal quotation, usually by email. If accepted by the engager, we prepare a formal booking agreement detailing playing times, setup and breakdown requirements and noting other special considerations and requests.
For functions we normally request a 20% deposit when the booking agreement is signed. When it has been returned we ringfence the date. As our client, the booking agreement is your guarantee what we will not cancel your performance in favour of other work.
Although we travel light, we need close access to unload, so please advise us if there are parking restrictions. We also need a safe supply of electricity (a single 13amp socket is fine) near the performance area, and a minimum of 4m square in order to set up our equipment.
We generally ask for soft drinks to be provided free of charge on request to keep us hydrated, and a light meal is appreciated when have had to do an early setup for an evening function.
We’ll dress suitably for our performance(s), and normally request use of a room to change in. Our equipment is PAT tested and we provide £10 million public liability insurance cover.
